Quick thoughts on Journey's End
I wasn't able to watch the episode until eleven pm last night, and haven't been able to say anything yet do to my mostly non-functioning connection, but now, my brief reaction...
Well that was exhausting. So many highs and lows.
Everyone flying the TARDIS together and all the hugging and celebrating that ensued was awesome. Sarah Jane was right that they're all his family, and it was so good to see them all together and happy.
Donna's fate was just tragic. I cried through the whole end of the episode for her. She really is special and important, and now she'll never know. :( I wish she could have had forever to go on adventures just like she wanted.
And that's it for now until I have a chance to watch again and process everything.
