New Moon is actually my favorite book in the series. I prefer Jacob to Edward but I agree Jacob had absolutely not point being in this book. I read a piece of flair that said, "Dear Edward, in six years I'll be fucking your daughter. Love, Jacob". I did NOT need to hear all about the freaking wedding either. Geez. Bella was so much more fun once she was turned.
