Alexis, once again you prove yourself my thought twin. I think walking is seriously underrated as an exercise: since I started walking back home from work every day, I've definitely lost weight around my hips and thighs from doing that. And it would be nice if Gloucester was more hilly as that's good for your bum muscles. (I do get to go up one hill but that's it. Now if I lived in Stroud, that would be much better, that place is built on slopes.)
