That, clearly, is a bold-faced lie.
My sister asked me to go to the gym with her today, and for some strange reason I agreed. Maybe it was simply a moment of weakness brought on by my elation upon the discovery of Roslin's non-death in the episode of Battlestar Galactica I was watching. Seemed like a good idea at the time. While I was there I, first, almost passed out after only ten minutes, at which point I had to go sit down and drink lots of water, and, second, started to break out in hives when I tried to switch from walking to running. So, um, great workout. I never used to be allergic to exercise! On the plus side, I ran into an old friend and said hello.
I tried to continue my health kick (and keep up with those New Years Resolutions) by having rabbit food for lunch. Mmm... I do love a good plate full of lettuce and a delicious banana. :D Just for clarity, the banana doesn't go on the lettuce. Bananas are good (especially when they're barely ripe) but probably less so with salad dressing. I'm not deluding myself that I'm any sort of diet (pizza and ice cream for dinner and dessert!), but I think mixing in more fruit and vegetables is wise plan. The woman on You Are What You Eat is always going on about fiber and B vitamins (that's vih-tah-mins), and I figure I ought to get me some of those!
Or is there a vitamin that prevents spontaneous fainting? I think I need some of that one.
